Food

Which foods are these wonderful vitamins found in?

Many guys i know are squeemish about anything to do with tablets, even if they are vitamin ones!
Also it is normal to get most vitamins and minerals in a normal healthy balanced diet - maybe they are already in the food we consume regularly.
Peace

good list

Maybe you could tell us how these  vitamins improve the sperm count or chances of contraception?  or what an overdose of these vitamins can cause? ie- too much vitamin C can cause rebound scurvy...

you need to watch how much of these vitamins you consume in your normal diet as well.
