Recipe for Playdough

KirstieA by KirstieA Crawling(August 11th) (rank 500+)

1 cup of plain flour

1/2 cup of salt

2 tbsp cream of tartar

1 tbsp cooking oil

approx 1 cup of boiling water

1/2-1 tsp food colouring

Mix together dry ingredients, then mix the food colouring and oil into the water and add slowly

until the dough forms.  Knead until smooth and stretchy.  Store in an air tight container in the fridge. This dough lasts for about 2-3 weeks in the fridge and will keep the kids entertained for hours.
