Cloth Diapers:

Don't stop reading yet.  They aren't like you are thinking. 

Cloth diapers have changed.  You still have the option to use a piece of cloth with pins and plastic pants, but now you also have the option of using diapers much like disposables,

but with snaps or velcro. 

I like to use Rum-A-Rooz, but you can find many different styles on www.hyenacart.com . 

The best diaper to start out with is a AIO (all in one).  This means that you do nothing different than disposables.  You take the diaper off and drop it into a waterproof wet bag next to your garbage can.  This usually seals up tight with a zipper to keep the bad smells in, so no more diaper smells in your garbage. 

When your baby poos you just shake it over the toilet flush and drop in the bag. 

At the end of each day just drop it in the wash.  Before bed in the dryer and in the morning you have fresh clean diapers in the morning.
