Helping your baby get to sleep!

Anonymous Author (January 16th)

I have found a technique that seems to work (if getting baby to sleep 6 hours straight means it 'works') in getting your baby to sleep through the night.

We follow the 'B' method.  That means, Breast (or bottle) followed by a Bath then a Book and finally Bed.

Even though our baby is only 6 weeks old we find it works.

Hopefully others will find it useful too!

Re: Helping your baby get to sleep!

I don't have kids of my own but I have a friend with a young baby and she is having trouble getting him to sleep.

I will mention this to her - hopefully it will work for her too.

Thanks
