Make learning fun.

exquisite-flower by exquisite-flower Young Parent(September 2006) (rank 6th)

There are always ways to make learning fun for people.  It is just a matter of finding what clicks for that person.  Sometimes it is rhyming their learning, for others it is making spider diagrams, using the internet, putting it to music, or even dance!, books with big pictures,

or maybe even reading encyclopedias!!!

Once you have found what makes learning fun for you, or your child, you will notice the difference.

I love learning and I think that my daughter has picked up on that.  So if you are trying to help a struggling child maybe by learning what they are learning and enjoying it will encourage them to also enjoy and learn more.

I know a 10 year old I have worked with for the past three years has done very well in his school work cuz he started relating to it after doing well at sunday school with me.  Go figure.  I didnt even know till the other day.  And I certainly didnt anticipate what happened on a sunday moring would translate into improved school work also.

Peace
