someone with chicken pox etc, here's a remide

To soothe the skin, you put either rolled oats or oatmeal into an old stocking or something that wont leak the oats, and let it soak in the bath and to stop the itching, try calamine lotion. It works. And also paraderm cream apparently is also good. Hope these tips are
good for you all.......... They certainly have worked on my nieces and nephews over the years.

Yes I like pinetarsol it is an anti itching soap it worked on me when I had them as a child and did not effect my ezema at all either. I think as well as calamine alovera is another goodie we have a plant in the back yard so we break it and use it for sun burn and things

Chicken pox

Calamine lotion does work. I remember when I was a kid and having chicken pox, it worked and it helped me not to itch. I wore long sleeves all the time, and pants so that i wouldn't itch them also.

Chicken pox
Oh yes the connect the dots with calemine lotion. I remember the oatmeal bath. We put a cup of oatmeal in the tub  under the running water. Worked like a charm. I went thou the chicken pox with both of my kids at the same time. Also you could put mitts on them at night so they won't scratch at them.
