I have found it easier than i thought. Miss3 tells me she wants to go to the toilet and she goes, but hasn't done anything in there yet, and only has wet her knickers once today and has been up for like 4 hours now. I find that you keep asking her every 5 minutes if she want's to go to the toilet and she will tend  to sit on the toilet if she takes in a book or some toys to play with, so it's a great idea to take her in there while she is playing or reading on the toilet.
