Making dinner fun

Anonymous Author (October 2006)
I found how to make a child eat all their dinner is to make either faces, animals or even their name on their plate out of their food. At the same time, theyre learning either their name, animal, face parts etc. It's always worked for me, and it makes them eat
most of their dinner, sometimes all of it.

No playing at the dinner table

We add sauces to our food like white, cheese sauces or gravey even tomatoe or barbeque is good, he eats his vegies and there is no playing at the dinner tabel, at restaurnts they will not do this for your child and we don't want him to chuck a wobbly every time his food is not fun so sauce masks the taste of eg brussel sprouts.

I heard that
I heard that somewhere.. On the view actually(tv show) they had something about it. And kids are more than likely to eat their food.. Even if it's vegetables that they will not eat. Or even let them prepare there own food(if they are old enough) or even help make it when you're making it.
