children hitting puberty.....what to tell them

What do I tell my children about puberty!!  I recently went trough the same with 2 of my daughters, and searched the web.

  I wrote an email to Johnson and Johnson  and they sent me out some information booklets for my daughters as well as

one for parents, all questions and answers and advice etc. as well as some sample sanitary products. It answered all my childrens questions, better than I was able to, in a child friendly way.

I have added this as an afterthought, There are probably other sanitary product companies that offer the same services for free for parents!!
