Website's for children's activities

exquisite-flower by exquisite-flower Young Parent(October 2006) (rank 13th)
Is there a website/s for children's activities where I can print them out for my child to do please? Any and all sites will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.   Hi. I have collected a few sites that I had in my favorites as well as some I
looked up especially.  It is nowhere near complete obviously.  I am in the Uk so some sites may be that way inclined.  Most have a facility for printing pages off.   I have tried to sort them into sections. Some you need to pay for the service, others are totally free. Some include printable pages. Others are online activities or other activities. We tend to dance to some of the songs and do the actions. Some are for younger children, some for older, and some have activities that you can adapt for your child regardless of age, you can easily increase or decrease the educational value.   Children get the hang of using a mouse very quickly and it is a good skill. But it is important to be careful that they do not click on the wrong part of the page. My daughter can already do things that I don’t know how to do! Now she only uses the mouse on CD-ROM as that gives less opportunity to go into the PC and cause havoc.   She is learning her alphabet from the keyboard as much as from the posters, the word game and educational bus that we got her. She often sends my mother emails – with loose supervision from me. If she touches something she shouldn’t she loses emailing and Instant Messaging privileges.   Some may be in wrong section – I apologize. But I hope you find this useful.   http://yahooligans.yahoo.com/ www.free-printable-coloring-pages.com www.homeboundbooks.com (not free) www.familyfun.com www.crayola.com http://www.abc.net.au/children/ http://kiddley.com/ http://www.kids-space.org/ http://www.kids.gov/ www.pbskids.org. www.preschoolrainbow.org/
