Wow I am printing this out and sticking on fridge!!!
What such simple things that bring such big meanings to kids...I am on board, I should be saying more and never really could work out the best way to say it without over doing it :) lovely

My daughter loves to hear '' you are so much like me when I was your age''   and   I love     you my girl/my boy  with a kiss and a hug is my favourite.

I do this already with my child. It boosts their self asteem. I also say to my daughter if she's done something good.
