Sleeping Baby, You have to see it to believe it!!!

Andrew by Andrew Walking(April 2006) (rank 500+)

Our daughter Mackenzie would not sleep with out being bounced in her Mother's or my arms on a fit ball. This process sometimes took 45 minutes even after a mid night feed. Not s good situation for anyone!!!

We were recommended to contact and then spend a day at

Ngala to learn how to teach Mackenzie to fall asleep on her own steam. Also how to get her to sleep through the majority of the night rather than only 3 hours per cycle. We did book in. The ealiest time slot was 6 weeks out and we understand why now. We were extremely lucky to to be coached by an excellent nurse, Margarita and since this one day investment our daughter has been sleeping brillantly and so has her Mum. What a fantastic thing for me too!!! I highly recommend seeking Ngala's advice. www.ngala.com.au

The fit ball has been banished to the back room!!!
