Eating vegetables

Anonymous Author (October 2006)
If your child doesn't like eating cooked vegetables, how about giving them raw vegetable's? It's so much healthier this way, and it doesn't hurt them in the slightest. I've grown up eating raw veggies rather than cooked like carrot's brocoli, cauliflour, etc. Asked my doctor, and he said he would recommend
the raw veggies all the way.

Veggies
Growing up, i didn't like cooked veggies at all. I like all sorts of raw veggies. My kids eat veggies both ways.

Fruit and Veg

There are so many ways to present both fruit and veges.  raw and various stages of cooked are just the tip of the iceberg.

All I can say is have fun with the food, try something different the next week if something isnt that great or is just plain gross.  Perseverence will find a tasty solution as well as a few fun hours in the kitchen with your child learning about food and food preparation.  You'd be surprised how many veges compliment each other wwhen puree'd or mashed together.

Peace

I would, but shes too young still
I would give my daughter raw veggies but she's too young to be eating them right now. Now she was eating her veggies but now she don't want them.. Oh well, I tried! And I will keep trying.
