Morning sickness cures

monyq83 by monyq83 Young Parent(November 2006) (rank 14th)
i remember when i was pregnant and had bad morning sickness. it wasnt until my last child that i really did my research and tried to find the best ways to combat morning sickness. heres what i came up with. Ginger Ale. This all comes down to personal preference, but i
found that i most liked schweppes traditional ginger beer, and bundaberg ginger ale. ginger is a proven way of combatting morning sickness and nausea. if you cant stomach the bubbles, try ginger biscuits (arnotts make some nice ones) or ginger tea. although i found some ginger teas burnt my throat and therefore made me feel sicker. also, milk arrowroot biscuits were great, and eating small but frequent meals (also known as grazing) helped alot too. good luck to all the mums out there going thru this awkward time in their pregnancy, and trust me, it will all pay off the moment you hold your little one in your arms for the first time.

Something else
You can also try Spearmint essential oil or Ginger essential oil. Put 2 drop on a cotton ball and place it under your pillow.

OR

Place a small bowl of lukewarm water in your bedroom before you go to sleep and sprinkle with 1 drop Spearmint and 2 drops Lavendar essential oils.
