ROADTEST - Peek-a-blocks Hippo

madchanny by madchanny Talking Back(November 2006) (rank 41st)

Hey all i just wanted to start sharing with you all, my views on some toys i have bought for Koen. This may be a good source for gift ideas for your little ones up to 3 years of age.

PEEK-A-BLOCKS Hippo

MAKE: FISHER PRICE

PRICE:

AU around $50

CONSISTS OF: One ride on/push along hippo and 4 peek a blocks.

I found this toy to be great for babies learning to walk, alot of people have reccomended the trolley with wooden blocks but a baby gets alot more fun out of this, at around the same price.

You can click the seat up and down, up for baby to push the hippo, and down so baby can ride the hippo. The hippo has wheels which are hidden behind its feet. The hippo runs across the ground collecting the peekablocks that are in its way and stores them in the compartment underneath the seat. baby can easily remove the blocks from there and start using the hippo to collect them again.

I highly reccomend this toy because it helped my son walk, and now, he enjoys riding it around the house, collecting all the blocks in the way. This toy should easily last him until he is 4, my nieces enjoy riding it around and they are 5. This would make an excellent first birthday present, or christmas pressie to put on santas list.

I give this toy

Four out of five thumbs up      Personally, money well spent.

So Cute!
Looks like he is having a whale of a time in it - or should that be a hippo of a time?  Either way good on you!
Peace
