Morning Sickness

Wendily by Wendily Walking(May 2006) (rank 500+)
Do you know of any tips to help morning sickness?

Saltines didn't work for me. I had queasiness throughout the day also, and the only thing that helped me were Preggie Pops. They're lollipops or little hard candies that are in flavors and aromas that naturally help with
queasiness. I just checked their website and you can order them in the U.S., Canada, Britain, and Australia. I bought mine at Babies R Us, and just kept them in my pocket all day long. They were especially helpful when I had morning sickness but still had to trek around Disney World on a family vacation!

morning sickness
Believe it or not, but i never got morning sickness, but the docs adviced me if i do get morning sickness, to drink water with sugar in it. Just add sugar and hot water, let the sugar melt and then add cold water. It'll soon stop you feeling sick

Help with morning sickness

Some women suffer from severe morning sickness and nothing they do helps. But things you can try are to eat several small meals a day. And don't let yourself get hungry. If you will travel and it'll be a while before you can eat, make sure you have goodies in your bag.

I myself had nausea but no vomiting. I felt worse when I start to get hungry so I munched on things constantly. But watch out though, you'll find yourself packing weight this way.
