Other than a site for parents to get together, what is the purpose of MINTI ?

Minti is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I live 2 1/2 hours away from my family & friends, we moved closer to hubby's work. Hubby's family

live in Tasmania we are in Geelong Victoria, a boat ride & half a day travelling to get there! I have tried to make friend here but I don't seem to have enough in common with them. So to say it's lonely well it was before MINTI!

Anyway what I'm trying to say is I have made so many new friends thanks to this site, not only that I have more confidence in the way I'm raising Taylor, & knowing there is always someone out there to offer me advice when ever I might need it.

I would recommend this site to any parent needing advice, a friend to chat to, win competitions, read a joke, write some poetry or start up your own group! Since I started on Minti I have noticed a huge change in my out look on life even my hubby said last night I was like my old bubbly self again, & I believe it's because of you, yep you, that I have found the old me.

I have made some very special friends on here
Minti feels like a family network or sometimes I can sit at the computer typing all night and its like I had a night out with the girls!!!!

I Love Minti.

I am hooked! Not only on the advice and tips either...

I was just saying to a friend today that I love minti cos on the days where I am stuck at home, I just come on minti and I feel like I'm having a chat with friends.

This morning another minti member and I had internet coffee and cupcakes together here on minti! LOL.

This site is so helpful, friendly and FUN!!!

I have an internet cafe, so for the past year i have been visiting so many different sites for advice from pregnancy to babies to toddlers. Now that i've come across Minti and its wonderful community, i've found all the info and advice i need all in one place. I log onto Minti first thing in the morning and have no time to bother with other sites. Minti is first on my Favourites List. Just today i needed info on travel tips and , thanks to you all, i've found some really good advice thats made me more confident to travel abroad with my toddler.

I'm just like you. I found Minti for the same reasons and it's given me back my voice. I'm so happy to be part of the Minti community. I love all of my Minti friends and try hard to maintain them. I agree, and i doubt that a single person that has come to minti for help will disagree. This a great and supportive site. I have turned for help here many a time and have always received helpful responses. Minti is the greatest.

I agree, it is such a great support!
It is the only parenting site I have been to for more than about 3 visits because it offers such a wide range of things and the interaction with others - which is so much more supportive than just a directory of useful phone numbers etc.

I check in every day to Minti, to read advice, and such. It is the best parenting advice, it is like having my mom here to advise me.
