PND HELP

HELLO THERE I JUST WANTED TO WRITE SOMETHING ON PND

Alot of womwn dont know that they even have it as it covers really well i will tell you the signs
#low libodo
#mood swings up and down but more down
#sleeping too much or less
#weight
problems loss the weight or put it on
#suidual thoughts
#anxiety of being alone with the baby
#self harm or to the baby
#anxious more than usual
They are alot of help that be reached if you would like it but pleaseDO NOT THINK YOU ARE A FAILURE AS YOU ARNT alot of woman do had pnd to a degree as there is alot on the agenda now there BABY TIME OTHER KIDS TIME HUSBAND TIME CLEANING TIME WORK TIME SOCIAL TIME AND REALLY NOT MUCH TIME FOR ME but here are afew tips on how to overcome it

#have 1 hour my time that means no stopping
#try and settle such as read a book put your feet up have a nice bubble bath what ever tickles your fancey
#drink plenty of fluids and eat right
#seek medical attention and feel postive about it as this is the start of recovering from the problems
#take to BREATHE IN AND OUT NICE AND SLOW thats the main help for anxiety
#put in your head you can do it
#clear your head and thoughts at night lay but and breathe in and out slowly dont do to bed frazzled
#talk to your partner and get him to help you if you are having a hard time
#sit back and look at yoour family and think that you have done a good job
#look on the WEB and you will see alot on PND

PLACES FOR HELP
#NURSES AT CHILDRENS HEALTH CLINIC
#WHILST YOU IN HOSPITAL HAVING BUBS
#LOCAL GP
#THE WEB
#HELP LINES ON THE PHONE
#LOCAL HOSPITAL

Some causes may need medication such as antidresspant and it does do they trick they arnt addictive and some help with anxiety but conselling is the key and good network of friends and family

Great advice

I'm in the minority that got pnd but thanks to a wonderful doc she helped me, but Minti has put me where I am today.

Reading your article it made me realise how much better i have got thank you for taking the time to write this lol

post natal depression.
fortunate for me i didn't get it, but a friend of mine did, and i helped her out big time, by just supporting her, and being there for when she needed me.
