Easy to Clean-Up Cupcakes for Birthday Parties |

This one is super quick. As quick as the "recipe". Every parent will be called upon with some regularity to make 24 cupcakes. Here is a fun, quick and uncommon execution of that requirement.
Ingredients:
- Flat-bottomed wafer cones. I don't know what they are called elsewhere - but in the states, it's usually some version of "the ones that aren't sugar cones"

- Cake batter - I think we've established that I'm a bit lazy. Well, I also discovered that kids cannot tell the difference between boxed batter and made from scratch. But if you LIKE making it from scratch, have at it.
- Frosting - Again, I am sure there are people who like to make caramel buttercream, but my kids will take anything with sugar.
Next Steps:
- Arrange 24 flat bottomed cones on a cookie sheet or in muffin tins.
- Fill 2/3 the way with batter.
- Put in oven for however long the box says for cupcakes.
- Frost.
That's it. I know. It is VERY COMPLICATED.
The glory of this one is that the kids don't have to unwrap it, you don't have to clean up the paper, there's little crumb mess, and they can run around with them in the yard.
