Being prepared for the worst

rockclimbr4400 by rockclimbr4400 Talking(January 2007) (rank 306th)
So I know none of us want to think about something happening to us that would take us from our children and loved ones, but you have to. I can not stress the importance of life insurance and maybe a living will. I know it isn't fun to talk to anyone
about these things, but at least have a journal or letter you give to someone trusted as to what will happen to your things and your children if you and/or your signifigant other are gone. I got to thinking about this after reading a Q and A from yesterday. If you have in mind a person or family or relatives you could see raising your children if you could not, make sure you tell someone who could do something about it. And a life insurance policy is not expensive. Even if you have a small one to cover funeral costs and a little bit more, that would be better than nothing. I know it stinks as parents to have to think about this actually happening to us or our children, but you must be prepared. Don't let your children suffer b/c you didn't think this could happen to you.

Will kit
I actually came across a will making kit in the store a couple of months back.  I still haven't gotten around to doing the will but once it is don't, I will feel better about my children being taken care of when I go.  Great advice.

Enjoy Life!!
It is good to be prepared for all eventualities, and once it is done you can leave it and enjoy life to the utmost!  Great piece of advice.
Peace

Being prepared for the worst
Absolutely we have to think of these things. I made my will and talked to my sister about raising my child if necessary. I have raised my own child who is now 21 but being prepared does give you peace as you know your child/ren will be well cared for.
