I just wanted to share some news that happened her in Calgary that I think that parents need to be re reminded about. 

     At the beginning of the week this mother decided she was gonna just run into the store and leave her two kids in the car.  The kids were a 6 year old boy and a 2 year old girl (in her car seat).  The little girl started screaming so the boy took her seat belt off of here.  The boy then feel asleep and the little girl climbed out of her car seat and went to the window.  She opened the window stuck her head out and ended up closing the window on her head causing her to stop breathing and pass out.  A person walking by noticed the child and ran to get her, got the window opened and noticed she needed help right away.  The women placed the baby in her car seat and ran in to the store to call an ambulance.  During this time the mother came out of the store and drove away.  She didn't notice the baby wasn't breathing and the child died by the time the mother noticed.  

My advice is no matter how long you think you are gonna be in the store it isn't worth losing your child's life.   You may think it cant happen to you, but I bet that is what that mother thought also and now he daughter who was suppost to be 2 yesterday is no longer with her.  Anything can happen so please remember this really sad story the next time you want to run in to the store for a second.   Sorry if you think this was not advice but I wanted to share with you all so this kind of thing doesn't happen to you.
