Pain Relief

ljl267 by ljl267 Walking(March 2007) (rank 500+)

Don't ignore pain because its your body telling you it needs help. Your body needs to deal with pain first before it can deal with healing itself, and this is worth a try. You can do this for kids too if they are not well, this method is actually used

in major children's hospitals.

Try paracetamol and nurofen.

You can alternate them every 3 hours. By this I mean  - for example- take one dose of paracetamol at 9am, one dose of nurofen at 12pm, paracetamol at 3pm and nurofen at 6pm for example. The body uses the drugs in different ways and they are quite safe so long as there is no sensitivity to the drugs themselves.

IMPORTANT - Make sure you see a doctor if the problem doesn't go away in a day or two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
