Keep your head up while toilet training!!!

mrs-connell by mrs-connell Speaking(April 2007) (rank 394th)
I'm really excited yesterday was the first time in 3 weeks that my daughter Charli DID NOT wet her pants.

I have been toilet training her for the last 3 weeks & she has had an accident every day but now I hope she will start telling me

or just go on her own.

I thought she would have a few more accidents yesterday because we had Jordan for the weekend & that was a huge distraction for her because she loves playing with him & totally ignores Greg & I but she did so well I am so proud of her.

Today up until now still no accidents yet so I hope this is where it gets easier & not so frustrating.

I am writing this advise because I was so frustrated with the whole toilet training & my daughter was just not getting it straight away which I thought she would.

They will catch on in there own time, so keep your head up & be consistent & don’t give up & take deep breaths if you feel your getting frustrated it will happen.

I thought it was never going to happen with Charli but she is finally getting that it is good to go to the toilet. She is still not completely toilet trained but she is doing better then what she was 1 week ago, I was pulling my hair out thinking I was not doing the right thing even though I was.

So again keep your head up, I have started a new group called trouble toilet training toddler, if you would like to pop in & share your experience’s or give some advice or ask a question that would be fabulous.
