This is for all new mummy's

mrs-connell by mrs-connell Speaking(May 2007) (rank 395th)

I found myself extremely run down for the first couple of months after I had my daughter because I would not relax when she slept, I would try & do everything I could that was not noisy to make sure that my house was nice & clean like it was

before I had her.

After my husband telling my hundred's of time to just relax when she was asleep one day I just couldn't be bothered to even try to do my house work & I took my husbands advice & I had a sleep.

When I woke up I felt so refreshed & my first thought to myself was I should have done this along time ago.

With that said when your new angle sleeps instead of you trying to catch up on the house work kick your feet up & relax with a good book or have a sleep yourself of you may find yourself feeling very rundown.

So please relax, don't think that everything has to be perfect because this is your time to bond & get to know your little miracle.

Excellent Advice.....I learnt very on to sleep when my baby slept as he was a terrible sleeper......he only slept for 30-45 mins at a time. So really if i didn't want to be walking around like a zombie I had no choice but to sleep.....

My son is now 2 years old and I still relish the little afternoon naps I have :)... I know the house won't clean itself, but it will get done eventually... And anyway you clean it the rest of the family is only going to mess it up anyway.. LOL
