Just a few suggestions;
n Eat dry cereal, biscuits or dry toast as soon as you get up
n Avoid greasy foods
n Instead of three big meals try several small meals through the day
n
Try sipping ginger ale
n Try an acupressure bracelet
n Have someone else prepare the dinners
The last one was my favourite……
