Coping With Morning Sickness

Just a few suggestions;

 

n      Eat dry cereal, biscuits or dry toast as soon as you get up

n      Avoid greasy foods

n      Instead of three big meals try several small meals through the day

n  

    Try sipping ginger ale

n      Try an acupressure bracelet

n      Have someone else prepare the dinners

 

               The last one was my favourite……

     If anyone has any other suggestions feel free to add…….

I feel sorry for all mum to bes who do suffer it though!

i was lucky with most of mine except for one.....i can say i had 9 months of morning, noon and night sickness, it was absolutely horrible.....thanks for your comment kayla......regards Sandra xxx

Love the last one!
And I could be so lucky!
I had terrible ms - extreme nausea without the throwing up. It was awful.
I tried all the points and they help ease it. I don't like ginger but ginger beer helped (as horrid as it tastes
)
With my first the biggest help was sleeping but it didn't work with my third as I had too much to do and kids don't look after themselves!

They sound good!

i also found something warm like hash browns helped and things  like arrowroot biscuits.It also depended on the pregnancy as well.

Excellent tips!

I was very sick with both my pregnancy's and when I researched it on the net, I found that most of sites also recommended Vitamin B6, they don't know how it works, but they just know it does....it worked for me.  Also with the ginger ale, a lot of the supermarket blends don't have real ginger in them, so look for one that does, in Aus the best one is Bunderberg Ginger Beer.
