n Make a list of the things that you need to do for the day….do one item at a time, if you don’t get to do all the things on your list , put the rest on your next days list
Occasional challenges are not unhealthy. Arguments, difficulty with children, difficulty at school or work, are a normal part of life. These types of stresses can be strengthening.
Most people will recover once the stressor has been identified, and removed. The key is to seek help early.
