.Pregnency  BOY OR A GIRL?

alot of people like to know other than just the normal ultra sound if they are carring a boy or a girl

Although I suggest an ultra sound is a much better way ,Most of the time the ultrasound technician gets

 OLD WIFES TALES

1.Suspend a wedding band held by a piece of thread over the palm of the pregnant girl. If the ring swings in an oval or circular motion the baby will be a girl. If the ring swings in a straight line  back and forth the baby will be a boy.

hmm what if it does both ? does that mean i will be having twins lol.

this has also been done over the womans pregnent tummy ,

it cant predict it at all but its alot of fun

2.  Bigger tummy sticking out people say it indicates a  boy  .

 extra weight you carry arround your hips and bottom indicates you are having a girl.

also not true but still fun to guess

This maybe just her first pregnency and her bodys still in great shape there for her tummy is lifted up still as she still had good muscle tone

for those tummys that  are laying low

it could be their second child and with every pregency the tummy muscles get a little more stretched so it lays lower .

It also has got alot to do with the womans body shape and height and room inside for bubba .it can be also that your babys laying in a differnt possition, and as time goes on your baby will just slip lower into your pelvis because its getting closer to your delivery time ,

3.The shape of your face indicates if you are having a boy or a girl?

Every woman gains weight during pregnency differnt ,some do in their face as well and we all experience differnt changes in our skin .

the myth is if your face is round and rosy you are having a girl ,

there is more blood circulating around your body for the baby thats why you may have rosey cheeks and that pregnency glow

hmmm my face is round no matter what ive got three boys lol .

4. Heartburn

If you experience alot  of heartburn durning pregnency your baby will be born with lots of hair

Its common to have heartburn when you are pregnent so this isnt an accurate way to say if your bundle will be born with alot of hair

I also had lots of this like we all do and my babies all where born with only a little amount of hair .

5. food cravings

Some people say that if you are craving salty  or spicy foods while you are pregnent it means you are having a boy

and when you are craving sweet things you must be having a girl.

my last pregnency  I wanted both all the time .

6. Do you smell like garlic?

Some people say if you eat a clove of garlic and the smell comes through the pores of your skin you are going to have a boy

and if it dosent that means you will be having a girl,

I wont be trying that one thats for sure .phewwww

You have survived all the fussing over you

People touching your tummy ,,, guessing what you are going to have

lots  of wondeful morning sickness ,mood swings and the hemorrhoids  agh ,feeling more tied than usual .

 Constipation and Varicose Veins, clothes not fitting  breasts leaking , you could also have gone through fluid retention .,( also see your doctor about that )

always wanting to go to the toilet .stretch marks .swollen breasts and periods of forgetfulness.Depression ( see your doctor about that )

then we have gone though the nesting period scrubbing cleaning and decorating to prepare your home for your new arrival .

I remember  scrubbing all my windows in the house at 6pm why ? I just wanted to make sure things where clean ,

Just remember the real fun starts the moment your little angles are born

and the myths are myths but they are also alot of fun ,enjoy being pregnent .
