This advice is not just for already Mum's, but for Mum's to be & trying to be Mum's.
I'm wondering how many Mum's out there, have
there have taken a step back, and really thought about the amazing journey we all take
" From Womanhood to Motherhood" & "From the moment of conception to the every moment of birth" "The Miracle of Life"
What an incredible journey we take, within hours of conception our bodies take on a transformation from womanhood to motherhood -even Dads play a
major role in determining whether we have a "Boy" or a "Girl".
For some Mum's it is a wonderous journey but for others it is not so pleasant.
For me it was a frightening experience (Being Pregnant) as i knew nothing and had no support around me, as i'm sure it is for many Mum's for the first
time. Like-wise for Mum's to be.
Well i have come upon this site www.birth.com.au ( i wish it had been around when i was pregnant). Which i'm sure many Mum's have found also- in
saying that i'm also sure there are many Mum's-to-be & trying to be Mum's have not found.
"It is a complete detailed site of these categories" ( go to the top of the page & click onto Info ) then take a journey.
1) Introduction.
2) Preparing for Pregnancy.
3) Conception to 12 weeks of Pregnancy.
4) 12 to 28 weeks of Pregnancy.
5) 29 weeks of pregnancy to Birth.
6) Pregnancy anatomy and physiology.
7) Pre-labour & labour overview
8) Induction & augmentation of labour
9) 1st stage of labour
10) 2nd stage of labour & birth
11) 3rd & 4th stages of labour
12) Medical & natural forms of pain relief
13) Caesarean & vaginal birth after caesarean
14) Your baby soon after birth

I believe this amazing site covers a magnitude of topics for all. As a mother of 2 grown children & a grandmother i took a trip down memory lane
reading this site, ( and what memories it brought back)
I can say i knew every little about pregnancy- so i'm hoping this very informative site will help many Mum's with the knowledge they need.
