Potty training

emmie by emmie Talking Back(June 2007) (rank 31st)

When i potty trained my oldest at first she discovered it

Then we made her sit down on it with a book

When she finally weeed or poed in the pottywe gave lots of praise

and after about 2 weeks they click on and understand what

it is for

I jus let her run around without a nappy on and whewn they vbegin to go get on the toilet quick .

Good luck.

Exactly what I did with Jack - although he was the one that started the whole thing! Great advice Emmie!

Sounds good, I plan to do Jaydees training in the summer so he can be nappy free too. Hopefully at his grandparents so he can be outside more too.

Re: Potty training
Excellent advice. Nappy free time is the best thing I reckon! You can get them to the loo quickly without having to get the nappy off!
