birth after caesarean in adelaide

hi everyone. in adelaide, there is a small group of dedicated women who support vbac. vbac is vaginal birth after caesarean. the group is called CARES SA and if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant and considering either another planned caesarean or to attempt a vaginal birth, this group is for you. I went to this group when i was pregnant with #2 and achieved my VBAC and have been involved since. we are not anti-caesarean, we support all women whatever birthing choice they are making. recently, two of the groups members have been able to achieve VBACAC which is vaginal birth after caesarean after caesarean. in simple terms, they both had 2 previous caesareans, and went on to have a successful vaginal birth. it can be done with the right support team around you, and that includes an obstetrician who is supportive of your choices. if you would like to know more about this small group, feel free to contact the group. details are available at the following website www.cares-sa.org.au/
