Hello All!!! I'm going to write from the heart. I always think the heart never leads you astray. It's basically what I depend on and that "gut" feeling. I think we are given these basic feelings and sometimes when we over ride the basic with too much pondering or thought that we circumvent what we know we should do,on my mind at this moment! I'm not great with the old giving of advice but I do think what we put out into this world does come back. Through a friend I met this person who I think needs help in thinking about life,not that I have the answers for her. The world expects you to participate. You can't sit and wait for the things you want to land in your lap. You must engage. That is some of the thrill of life,to engage and see what it brings. I love to see what people I met can teach me. To engage a stranger in conversation is to learn some of their history,to collect a story of their life,to remember that part to place it in context of what you can appreciate that they have gathered from life. To expect to sit and have life and adventure come to you isn't a fuctional plan. You may risk some of yourself to get out there but it turns to be worth it often. You need to extend compassion,to reach people when they need you. If you tend to need all the time and not give I think you run the risk of using up the people around you. I feel that some suck the energy out of people without even realizing that they demand so much. It is amazing how much energy you can get from giving,it seems to help me a lot. Treat the people around you with compassion and they return it. Treat life as an adventure and it'll surprise you. Dwell on the hardships and it'll take your energy. Move ahead and show your children that surviving and giving life a good fight for what you need and want is worth it! Don't sit Girl and think your the only one cause your not.
