Hi, I always gave my kids toast that I cut up in strips. We called them toast soldiers. They are easy for them to grip and you can put whatever you want on them. Kids love them. Also they always enjoyed arrowroot baby cookies. I believe you can get them in different shapes and sizes now that make it easier for them to hold as well. Another idea is to cut an apple up in strips too. They can dip them into some yogurt or anything similar. This can be done with a variety of fruits and veggies.
Hope this helps a bit. Good luck!
My daughter will not eat soft are mushy things. Can anyone give me some good finger moods for toddlers?
