more milk for the twins

as a new mom, i was worring about not producing enough milk for my twins....my lacation nurse kept saying it is all about supply and demand, but yet i noticed that they were still hungry and they are too young for rice cereal....after much research on the internet i found an herb called "fenugreek" it comes anywhere from 580-620 mg i take 2-3 capsules 3 times a day and it worked for me like a day later, but you have to be very careful if you are diabetic like me cause it lowers the blood glucose levels so i had to make sure i had something to eat near by.......i have heard that fenugreek is not easy to find but i found it in a very easily in a small natural herb store it cost me $11.99, but it is very well worth it
