This isnt so much advice as just a little tip about a product I discovered a few weeks ago that really gets the formula stains off your babies bottles.
Some of you may already know about it and use it but for those who dont I thought I'd tell
you about it.
Its called Bottle Nipple and Vegetable liquid cleaner and you can buy it in the chemist for around $7 for a 200ml bottle. Its made by Pidgeon. Im not sure if you can get it overseas or not but you most likely can.
All I do is put some hot water in a large plastic mixing bowl and add a bottle nipple full of the cleaner and then put all the bottles and bits in to soak for an hour. I give them a rub in the water (especially around the neck of the bottle which seems to get all caked on formula around it for some reason) and then rinse for a few seconds under the tap. They are then ready to be sterilised and made up.
This stuff gets them sparkling clean and its completely safe as its made from sucrose so no harsh chemicals or dishwashing liquid. You can use it to scrub your vegies too!
