there is all this news on teenagers running riot, abusing themselves, others and property. the issue at hand starts with the parent. parents are out there screaming its the goverments fault because of all these laws in relation to children.  the problems with the children start as babies. it only
takes a second for a child to fall into the pool and drown right? it also only takes a second to acknowledge your child, listen to what they have to say, even if u are arguing, listen to their point of view and their opinion by repeating what they have said and by saying u understand their needs, wishes ect. then put your point across in a language they will understand. remember u r the adult and u have a blank slate to work with so use it accordingly and take the second to pay attention to ur child, you can never be busy enough to do this, and in the long term, u are the one to benefit when they become teenagers.

Re: time

I think this is great but the reality is that some parents don't have the necessary life skills to be able to teach their children. The Government needs to acknowledge these less fortunate families and helped them to get the necessary skills we would definately have less instences of crime and poor social behaviour.
