To help the siblings adjust to one another here are a few ideas I found very useful:
1. Take a gift to the hospital with you from "the new baby". When your child comes to visit for the first time give them the gift that their new
brother or sister has carefully selected for them.
2. Take your child shopping before bubs arrives to select a gift for their new brother or sister which can be taken in and given upon the first meeting
3. Have 2 boxes of toys (just small boxes) that you can alternate. Keep them handy so when you are breastfeeding bubs your other child can be kept occupied (hopefully) with the toys.
4. Give your child a doll so that can play mummy or daddy while you are looking after bubs. ie give baby (doll) a bottle, change nappies etc.
Hope these tips are helpful!
And of course Congratulations and Good Luck
