How to keep a child healthy

There are many things to to keep a child healthy.

1. make sure they eat well enought. is very important that they eat the right nutrition that has protine like bean, penuts , oatmeal, milk, exc. make sure they maintain a healthy weight.

2. make sure

they keep up all their doctor appointment . why they should keep all the appointment to make sure they are healthy that the weight is ok and to see if they are growing right. check up is very important.

3. make sure they have all thier vaccines up to date. why they should keep they vaccines up to date is to prevent any desies . vaccine procted children when are most at risk.

4. make sure they always watch their hands . why you should watch their hand to make sure they dont have germs on their hands.

5. make sure the house is clean and the clothes . well you always got to make sure their clothes is clean is very importaint .

6. do not do any smoking inside the house or near the child. do not allow any one smoke around the child or inside the house. why do not do any smoking arould kids because is not good for theirs lugs they get sick from it specialy kids with asthmas..

you want to make sure that when a child eat they watch their hands and when they uses the bathroom to prevent germs or if anyone is sick in the house you want to make sure that you cover you mouth and wach your hands.

Hi Glory, these are good places to start, though I think that people are looking for advice with a little more information in it.  You could use these things as headings, then add detail and that would give people more help.

For example - make sure they eat well enough:  Provide them with a healthy balanced diet suitable for their age... etc etc etc.
