What nutrition your kids should be eating to be a heathy. there are many things that they could eat to maintain a healthy weight.

Recommended servings for 1-year-old

Grains: 4-6 serving a day  that mean they should be eating enough of grains.

Fruit and vegetables: 4-6 serving

a day(including at least 1 serving citrus fruits) so make sure that every meal they eat aleast some fruit or vegetables.

Dairy products:4 serving a day make sure that the eat some yogurt or have some milk  or cheese.

Protein(meat,fish,poultry,eggs):2-4 serving a day that mean they should  be  eating a least bean that got protein or egg and it could be meat and also it could be peanut butter.

Recommended serving for 2-year-olds

Grains: 6 or more serving a day that mean that they have to eat bread or bagel they can also have pasta or cereal  and also some mashedd peas , pinto or kidney beans or chick peas.

Fruit and vegetables:6 or more servings a day (including at least 1 serving citrus fruits) that mean they could have  some broccoli , peas , spinash , carrots and also some fruits like pears , grapes , apples, or can also be some oranges.

Dairy products:4 serving a days that means that u should be giving your childs some milk at least 2-3 a day or some yuggort and some cheeses. 

Protein(meat,fish, poultry and eggs):4 serving a day they should be eating  some egg meat  beans peanuts butter  foods that has some protein on it.

their are many kids that has allergies to many food like peanuts egg are it could be many things as milk just wach out for those product u dont want to have thoses risk.. is like my 15 month baby she is has allegy to alot of food and there are things that i got to watch out for to prevent and allergy reaction.

Great article yeah those alergies. My hubby is allergic to Kewi Fruit so I am careful with my two kids on that one

Great ideas there, and also would like to let others know that if u follow a guide like this, look out for allergies, especially if its in the family..

eggs, dairy and peanuts are the most highest risk in allergies for children....
