In the forth week of your pregnancy the embryo's heart, blood circulation and digestive track develope and now looks more like what you would imagine an embryo to look like.
You may feel more tired now, alot of people confuse this with a lack in iron but it is
usually cause by changes in the ovarian hormone. Also if you do not know you are pregnant you will be now expecting your period, now is the time to take a Home pregnancy Test and arrange a visit to your doctor to arrange ante-natal care.

Tender breast and morning sickness are normal for this stage. Try eating dry crackers or toast first thing in the morning and smaller more frequent meals throught out the day to try ease morning sickness.
Things to avoid during your pregnancy here on in are x-rays, alcohol, drugs, chemicals, heavy lifting, certain medicines (check with your doctor before taking any medications).
