You may be experiencing or continue to experience pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness, fatigue, tender breasts, missed period, urinary frequency and finding it hard to get comfortable while sleeping. You can decress pressure on your bladder by sleeping on your side. You may also be feeling flushed due to you blood supply being increased. It is recommended to get plenty of rest at this time.
You should NOT take any medication during pregnancy unless your doctor or midwife has approved them first. You also need to take good care of yourself, eat a healthy diet, exercise lightly, get plenty of rest and keep your fluid intake up (minus the caffeen)
Another symptom you may experience is mood swings. This could be due to a change in your hormones or stress/anxiety at the idea of being pregnant. You may want to speak to a counciller, midwife or doctor if the mood swings are concerning you.
The baby is now developing rapidly, its face complete with eyes, a nose, lips and a toungue. Its also has begun to move though it is too small to feel. The baby has grown to around 12mm and its hands and feet are changing from paddle-like limbs to feet and hands with little fingers and toes.
