My Advice:

Hi anon, Im not sure if you're one of the members of Spice Up Your Life, as Ive had a number of members join after your question, so In case you wanted to remain anon, Ive posted this answer both in the group and out here for others to read as well. I hope I can help you. Regards, Mony. I think one of the most impoartant things a woman can do for herself and her partner after giving birth are pelvic floor exercises. The pelvic floor is the muscle that supports the bladder and the bowel, and also contracts when you orgasm. I remember reading somewhere, and thinking that it was a great idea that if you put a small sticker somewhere (you know those stars, or dots you can get from a newsagent) if you place them in places you do things regularly around the house, eg, on the loo for when you flush the toilet, on the tap in the kitchen for each time you wash up, on the fridge for whenever you open teh door and maybe one on your computer screen for whenever you come on minti lol.' Whenever you see one of these stickers, let it be a reminder to you to do your pelvic floor exercises. How do you do them? You know the muscle that you use to stop the flow of urine? Clench that muscle and try and hold it for 5 counts. Each time you do this exercise, add another count so eventually this progresses to about 15 counts. With any luck you will be a bit 'tighter' down there soon, and you wont be so worried that hubby isnt enjoying it. Good luck!
