So ... as part of my part-time job, I get to spend time researching the internet for fun, safe kids websites.  Talk about double bonus right - get paid to do it and it benefits my kids!  ;-)

Since I know how hard it can be to find

safe, fun websites for your kids, I thought I would pass on some websites you may want to check out.

Anash Interactive - interactive online destination where children can create comics, write stories, play games, watch webisodes, and download podcasts.

This is a really beautiful website where children can play and learn at the same time.  The only thing is that it takes time to make comics or write stories.  I really like it because I can do the activities with my kids (spending quality time with them on the computer) - I can write stories with my son and we challenge eachother to Word Search puzzles.  ;-)

Wildfiles.tv - educates children through providing an interactive, exciting and entertaining environment within which to learn. It is a safe web site that helps kids get out into the world around them and explore their environment - promoting environmental consciousness, while encouraging exploration, problem solving and creativity.

This site is really fun.  I love the "Gross Stuff" - and so does my son.  ;-)

Club Penguin - safe virtual world for kids to play, interact with friends and have fun letting their imaginations soar.  They can play games and activities and engage in kid-friendly chat.

Webkinz - Webkinz pets are lovable plush pets that each come with a unique Secret Code. With it, you enter Webkinz World where you care for your virtual pet, answer trivia, earn KinzCash, and play the best kids games on the net!
