Nappy Rash

Hi everyone,

The other day my son got really bad nappy rash from a particular brand of nappies, since we were going to the doctors anyway I got him to have a look at it.

He told me that the best cream to use is canestan. I would

never have thought of that, but it really does work!!!  You have to ask the pharmacist for the vaginal 6 day treatment pack (this one contains something that makes it not sting) and you will be amazed at how fast it goes.

Thought I would share wit you all, as an unhappy baby is not fun for anyone

Canestan cream is excellent on nappy rash as it's a fungal infection.....so just about any anti-fungal cream will work.

Hi, good advice. I got told by my doctor to use Nilstat (which is also thrush cream) on my daughters nappy rash & it works great too.
