The countdown begins. If you have't yet had your baby, it wont be long before you are holding the newest member of your family. Its important you keep a balance of rest, exercise and other activities. Continue to take care of yourself and your baby by eating well.
If
your baby has been born they weigh an average 3.5kg and measure 50cm from head to toe. Of course full term babies will vary in size as people do. Depending on how they arrive in the world their head may be mishapen. It should settle down as the bones in the skull are pallatable.
If still pregnant, you may find sleep is hard to obtain as you wake frequently to urinate during the night. Thankfully I get away with only one time. Also the weight and size of your belly may make it hard to get comfortable and settle at night. You cam use pillows to your advantage.
