nappy rash

rather than placing creams on the rash clean gentials well with luke warm washers pat dry then lightly pat good old fashion corn flour this will take moisture away and dry rash out once u see skin drying u then put creams to bring moistback into the skin

This is very effective. When I was a teen I got a rash under my armpit, I don't know what caused it, but I know that this is what we did to eradicate it - good advice
