The crvical needle

COLE2008 by COLE2008 Speaking(October 2008) (rank 387th)

hey everyone

just written to say that all those woman out there who are thinking about the cervical needle should definately get it done. Ive finished mine and i can say i feel a whole lot better its not 100% but can fight off the disease much

better if you have the needles done and it 3 different needles and your get the first needle then 3 months on you get another one and then in another 6 months you get the last needle so its over a period of 9 months so go and talk to your doctor about the cervical needle and dopnt be scared the needles dont hurt much just look away

Hey im adding on more information which i got out of a magazine hope it helps i read it and wanted to add it in for those who would love to know more:

Gardasil is its real name protects against 4 subtypes of wart virus: the 2 that cause 70% of cervical cancers and the 2 responsible for most cases of genital warts. Gardisil also protects against vulvar and vaginal cancers. Vaccinations is free to women under 27, and the most common side-effect of Gardisil are fainting, which when given to you the doctor will make you sit and talk to them for a good 10-15 minutes and ask how you feel so you dont faint it should happen after 10 -15 minutes of getting the needle it also causes pain at the injection site which is the same for all needles, headache, nausea and fever ive got a weak immune system and i never got the last 3 side effects but everyone is different so talk to your doctor and get imunised i dont kow the cost for over 27 but wil try to find out thank you for reading this information.

hope youse take my advice

Must admit I had not heard of this until I read this.  Shall have to go find out about it now.

Maybe sometime you can provide more info in this advice about what it all is, the pros and cons etc for other ignorant women like me.

Peace

Hi,

Thanks for this - I believe that ALL women should have this needle regardless of age, its a pity that our Aussie G'ment don't feel the same way.

Cheers Kellz
