Re: Sprined wrist from carrying baby
Asked by Babykiss
Question:
Help!Has anyone sprained their wrist from carrying their baby?I've had my right wirst sprained (I think) for a couple of months now. I tried the bandage thing but it didn't work. What
to do?Thanks.
My Advice:
it is more likely to be a repetitive strain injury (RSI) rather than a sprain. i would recommend carrying your baby in different positions than you usually do and perhaps seeing a physio for some treatment. babies can be heavy and awkward, and when you are not used to carrying them, you are using different muscles to what you are used to. take care. xx josierm
