how to learn speak to my 33 months old baby? he speak by not full sentences...he speaks only words...if he want something he just showing me things not speak a single word for that....
my son is 33 months old....he knows so many words like fruits & veg. names, alphabates...etc. but for eg. if he wants water he will not say " i want water " he just showing me water bottle or glass...he knows that how to speak water ...& in a day he speaks so many times water when he see any picture of water ..he say water...but he wants water he will ot say i want water..so pl. guide me how i can teach him that if he wants something say i want......i tried so many times & i try to make him understand that if he wants something say i want ......but still he soesnt...

effaced
i know you have to be 100% effaced to deliver baby im 25% effaced does that mean i could still go into labour?

baby due.
Bub's due today, and saw my ob this morning and he did a stretch and sweep i am 3-4cm dialated but only 25% effaced, will be induced on the 21st if bub doesnt decide to show up, ive also lost my muccous plug, do you think bub should be to far away?

FUSSY SIX WEEK OLD
My six week old has always had trouble going to sleep (it takes us up to two hours sometimes with rocking or feeding to sleep...we do not want to let him 'cry it out' etc as we think he is too young). Once he was asleep he stayed asleep for a good four hours. However, over the last few days he has been waking up very upset after about half an hour. He is fussy on the breast, really squirms a lot and bobs his head and moves it quickly from side to side. If i take him away from the breast he gets upset and starts to suck his hand. He tends to sqirm a lot during sleep as well, crying out and jerking around. He also has a LOT of wind, often waking himself up farting or pooing. When he does poo, it is a lot and is quite explosive. I have a LOT of milk that flows quite quickly so did try to express a bit first but he seems to get very cranky when I do that at the end of the feed when he doesn't seem to have had enough. Is this a six week growth spurt thing? Is it reflux (he does throw up after every feed but the doctor said if it was reflux or wind, he wouldn't sleep for the four hour blocks he was sleeping before). Anyone had the same experience?

Baby Clothing How much do i need?
Hi All,
I know this may seem a stupid question.
But im just wondering how much new born clothing (0000) Ill need for when bub arrives.
I currently have a daugter and i should know this but i went way over board with all her newborn clothing half of it still has tags on it and is just sitting in her room. I would reuse that but its all pink and this bub is a boy so i need to buy all new stuff again.
So how many pieces do i need to get me through the first few weeks even to a month.?
Also my daughter has just got in to her new size of clothing and yet again i went over board with her clothing and need to get her a whole new lot in the new size. So just wondering how many bits and pieces do i need to get? I do the washing about once to twice a week depending on weather and how im feeling.

poos on toilet
I have a 5 yrs old daughter, who wont do poos on the toliets, she will do wee fine but not poos, i have tired everythin with seat, reading stoires, u name it i have tired it. i am gettin stressed about it. she will ask for a nappy and if i put it on her she does it straight away, she holds it in. Please help me. she has school next year..

i cant eat
am 13 weeks pregnant and i do feel hungry but soon as i start eating i feel sick, and if i keep eating am sick,

Baby wrangeling
Hi everyone!
Just need some tips on wrangeling my 3 month old so I can access her neck. She has a rash (kinda like nappy rach) on her neck, and you know babys how they have lots of rolls :) hehe and its really difficalt to access to wash/dry and powder to keep dry to stop this rash.
So if anyone has a way to hold her that would help, or if anyone has been thru this and has something else I could use apart from washing, drying, powdering (repeat lol) that would be great!!!!

Stretch and sweep.
Ok, ive got two days until due date and really really dont want to go over to much anyway, as its close to Christmas as is.so thursday i see my doc and was thinking of getting a stretch and sweep done didnt have one with my first cos she was right on time yay!! so question is have many ppl had one? does it work? does it hurt? any info would be great.

My 4yr ols is a fussy eater
My son is 4yrs old and refuses to eat anything that is good for him, like veggies. All he wants to eat is sauages, sausage rolls, chips, chicken nuggets, stuff like that. When i try giving him anything else he refuses, sometimes i'm able to get him to at least try something like mash potato and he will gag and spit it out. I'm not sure what to do and what steps to take to get him to start eating healthy. He eats apples and cheese but thats the only healthy foods he will touch.

6 week ultrasound
Hi, we're at risk for ectopic pregnancy and are 6.5 weeks pregnant. We're traveling and about to start 2 weeks driving so we thought about getting an ultrasound now to see if the baby is in the womb.
Is this wise?
Should we definitely see something?
We're in Paris.

Breast cancer treatment
Does anyone know what they do after a lump is detected? What treatments do they do? My mum has just been diagnosised with a canerous lump and I'd like to know what she's in for and how it will affect the family.....Also how do i tell my kids and what or how much to tell them (their ages are 13yrs to baby). I'm not suprised this has occurred and I will not be suprised if it has already spread (she's smoked heavily over the past 40 odd yrs or so). I had a friend who died from breast cancer even after a double masectemy and having alot of tissue and part of her organs removed..
Any info and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Separation Anxiety
My four year old daughter gets really upset when its time for her close friends and/or family to leave her. This can include helpless tears, tantrums, and shaking.
We always make sure she understands right from the get go that the person(s) are here for a short time, and we don't indulge her excessivly when she gets like this, just a hug and a pat on the back if ifs mearly the tears, and we pop her into bed to compose herself if its more violent. We have also tried holding her hand and talking her through it, making the goodbye quick and usher00inbg her off to a distracting activity of some sort, and ignoring her, but each of these have failed to make an impact. (We have trialed each of the afore mentioned strategies several times in a row before trying something else, as I hoped a routine might also break her of this uncomfortable behaviour).
Would really appreciate anything on this.

Please help what a my rights?
My kids were taken away from me based on lies from a mentally ill family member,No matter how much I tried to prove my innocence to DOC'S they still took the word of a mentally ill person,the person told them I was under the influence of drugs ,so I went to my GP and asked him for a supervised drug test to be done to get DOCS to believe me ,when the results came back negative for drugs DOCS said it doesn't change nothing and that I have a clean test now but another time it might come back positive I said to them you can test me any time cos I don't do drugs!!!
Then I was accused of drag racing my car which isn't possible as it's unregistered and it didn't start and I've only ever had a few parking fines in the 10 yrs that I've had my drivers license ,I've never been in trouble with the police for anything driving related or for anything else .
Then I was accused of being a hooker,I had to get my boyfriend of 2 yrs to write a letter and meet DOCS to show them that was yet another lie that they were told but still it was brought up in court by docs saying I was prostituting,My boyfriend was with me every day/night I think he would have noticed something like that.
Then I was accused of kicking my daughter in her private parts so I got my Gp to x-ray and look to see if there was any bruising or trauma of any kind to show yet again I was innocent of these terrible lies that have been told by this mentally ill person ,My GP wrote a report which said there was not a mark on my child and that there was no trauma or bruising of any kind to her private parts either.
A few weeks prior to the court case my aunt died ,we were living with her at the time and we had a few weeks before we were getting evicted as I wasn't on the lease,I asked my cousin to look after my girls in this time as I couldn't have them out on the streets,I looked for a place,I tried housing commission I tried everything and the only thing I could do was live with my uncles but DOCS said they don't the girls in a house with 2 men my uncles have been there since my girls have been born and they helped raise me so I know I can trust them.
Anyway I tried to get legal advice from legal aid but they couldnt help me as they were fully booked out so I begged the father of my girls to help me ,he said he would get a lawyer to help me fight this but he didn't bother showing up to the court and he didn't help me find a lawyer,I left him 3yrs prior to this as he was abusive to me and I walked in on him having sex with another woman less than 3 months after I had our second daughter,I didnt want my kids around a man like that,SINCE I left him he hasn't much contact with his kids so I guess I wasn't surprised when he went back on him word to help me fight for our kids.
At the hearing all of the allegation that I tried so desperately tried to prove my innocence's were brought up and they didn't even tell the judge of my attempts to prove my innocence's they made it sound like everything that was said was true but it wasn't true it was all lies made up from my own mother who has schizophrenia which was off her medication at the time .
the only thing I remember hearing from the judge was the kids a to remain with your cousin till there 18yrs old and that my visitation is 5 times a year .
My cousin lately has been cutting down the amount of time I see my kids she says I can have them for the whole day so I plan out a nice day out for them and when I go to picked them up she's says you can have them for 3 hours instead of the full day and she cancels arranged visits as well I give her 2 weeks notice that I want to see my kids and when the time comes she cancels it or makes it only a few hours.
My daughters have also told me that there forced to call her mum which I think is wrong and she takes there presents I buy them away from them and she gives it to her daughters which a around the same age as my girls.
I so desperately want to get my girls back it's breaking my heart not having them in my life,I shouldn't be punished for things I haven't done,If someone here could please give me some advice other how I can get my girls back or get my visitation increased I'd really appreciate it
sorry this is so long I wanted to make sure everyone had all the info so they know what I'm dealing with
