my toddler - was a crying machine from birth and still is ....why????
where do I start? My 2 1/2 year old is very high maintenance and I'm kinda over it. He pretty much gets upset about most things including getting changed...getting in the car, driving in a direction he doesn't want to go in, not liking the window open, not wanting the aircon on, not liking the straps on the car seat...and it goes on from there. He cried constantly when he was born and pretty much has winged since. He cries 'real' tears at many tiny things that upset him - should i go and see someone? Sometimes I think it's normal other times I think it's way too much. He does have some good days but generally he is anxious about most things.

Caffiene Withdrawl???
I've recently cut back on my caffiene intake. I was drinking up 2 liters a day of coke and now that I'm trying to shed some extra kilos, have stopped.
I have had a headache for the last 3 days that won't budge allthough it does ease up with a nap. Today I'm feeling really on edge and have the shakes. Yesterday I was also sick.
I still have my 1 cup of tea a day in the morning, and on the first day had a 600ml coke which immensely helped with the headache. I was wondering if there was anything i could do to lessen the side effects of caffiene withdrawl?

Photos in Shopping centers
I think this is semi parenting related :D
These places in the shopping center have really good photos and i love them, i have got one done once and it was flipping expensive!
So there was a different mob down there today and i wanted some of Savannah and they basically said lets go before i even agreed to anything! They were very pushy so I just took a flyer. I did really want the prices but there was nothing there bout it. So I emailed them and I got back "Please note that all pricing and package information will only be discussed at your appointment date to view the photos with one of our well trained Image Consultants." So im guessing these "well trained consultants" are trained in sucking you in to spending money.
I just wanted to know if anyone knows why they don't give you a price list?
I'm not going thru anyone who wont be up front with the price any more!!!!

Potty training question
My 3 yr old daughter has just recently started going to the toilet.. YAY!! she tells me when she wants to go and i take her and all is well but she wont do a poo in the loo.. she refuses to go there and asks me to put her diaper on. What can i do to make her do a poo in the loo? It took a while to get her potty trained in the first place.. we had so much going on at home,, 1stly i was pregnant, had to go to hospital everyweek for check ups because i had high blood pressure, then i had to be admitted and then had baby at 30 weeks.. was in hospital for weeks then baby was in there for 6 weeks til she finally came home.. now we are all home and shes jealous of baby getting all my attention.. all the while i was trying to potty train her.. well it finally paid off when she wee'd in there and has been for over a week now.. So question is will it take a while for her to be confident to poo in there or is this abnormal for her? Please help..

help i have really bad neighbours by needhelp
help i have really bad neighbours
needhelp by needhelp In Nappies(Today 5:40pm) (rank 500+)
im my street i have a group of neighbours that are all friends. you can often see them in the street gossiping about everyone.
Myself and my husband are keep to your self people, i dont like to waste my time getting involved with other peoples business.
and
because of this we seem to have become the outsiders in the street and they all are against us....
what im writting about is that the other night there nosey and rudeness esculated..
What happened is ... me and my husband where having a fight(we lost somthing and were fustrated at each other because of it) it wasnt a large fight just a little arguement... my husband and me might have loud voices, but it was not huge. but our lovley neighbours called the police on us, accusing my husband of being abusive to me, (my husband is the sweetest man ever and he would never harm me at all). The police came and told us that a complaint has been made and that they where checking that i was ok. my husband was warned, that if they where to come back they would charge him.!!!! i tried to explain to then the situation with my neighbours and he also explained to me that they had said the arguement was going on for 1.5 hrs ... now i had only been home from work for around half an hour and we had argued for only 10-15minutes.
What i am asking is what should i do about my neighbours it seems like they where trying to get me and my husband into trouble (btw we hear all of them arguing all the time but we dont do anything - everyone argues)
i dont want to move - we built our home... but i cant believe we can not argue in our own home without the police being called!!!!!!
please help please please please i would hate this to happen again, and i dont know how to act when i see them all in the street!.

Taking toddler off the bottle
I have a 21 month old and I want to get her off the bottle. She has 3 bottles a day one in early morning, 2nd at nap time and one 2 hours before bed. She wont drink milk out of anything but a bottle unless it is supper time (she will drink out of sippy cup of just a cup). How can i make her have all her daily milk through an easy transition to a sippy cup?

Drooling Heaps
Hi, baby is now 4 1/2 months old and the last 2 weeks or so he has started to drool quite alot. Does that mean he is starting to teeth now? The drool has gone that bad that he is getting like a red rash kind of mark under his chin, neck and chest and i think it is really starting to irritate him and tries to scratch as these have gone a bit crusty(sorry cant really think how to describe it). I've started putting baby powder on it to try soak up the moisture but is there anything else i can do? Thanks.

DESPERATLY NEED ADVICE!
I asked this question 5 days ago and haven't had one answer yet so I'm asking again. Will someone please give me their opinion on this?!Maybe this will sound crazy to most of you, I don't really know. Here's the situation. My kids and I are from FLorida nad due to a messy divorce, we now live about 900 miles form there. My daughter was 2 when we moved 4 1/2 years ago but my son was 10 and to him and I both, it's always been home, so I can relate to his homesickness. Our entire family lives there, including his dad, who by the way, has never even had an interest in his life at all. Last summer his dad decided he wanted to be his buddy. My son went there for the summer last year and met back up with a long time family friend of mine. This friend has a mutual interest with my son in 4-wheelers. He races at a Florida race track and has been sponsored and is very successful at it, he is also married to a wonderful woman and they are very well off. They offered for my son to come live there and attend high school this year coming. Due to the 4-wheeler opportunity and just being home again my son is dying to take advantage of this situation, but I was appauled at the idea. Recently, I've been wondering if my decision to keep him here has been from selfishness. I don't keep him here because I don't trust these people with him, it's because I can't imagine life without him...not yet. But there is a part of me screaming, you are depriving him of the chance fo a lifetime! We are by no means poor but can't afford the expense of 4-wheeler racing, it's rediculous. He's good and has a much better oppurtunity of being seen and sponsored there. In the meantime, the entire thing will be funded by this friend. He is my life and has been with me since I was 17, I just don't know how I'll get by if he were to leave. Also, his dad says, if he's gonna be there he is going to live with him, but he is a terrible influence and moves alot, he's also 40,000 us dollars behind on child support, not that that matters. My son does not want to live with him and won't. Legally, I don't know if he can live with my friend and not his dad, although I really don't think any court would make him stay with his father. I just don't want to make a selfish decision. This means everything to my son therefore it means everything to me and I want to do what's best for him. I just don't know what that is. Someone please help.
