13 month old has lost his voice

Josh has lost his voice, background - had the sniffles, then 12 month jabs + flu shot, he is fine, but one night I left a window open and he woke up without his voice. I have just got over losing my voice too. Any natural remedies that are throat soothers that are appropriate for a 1 year old. I have tried grated apple, but not sure what soothes little throats

Honey will help with soothing Josh's sore throat.  The thicker the honey, the better it works.  Give it to him from a spoon and have a washcloth on standby! lol.

I was always told honey warmed up my daughter although a little older likes a nice warm drink also soup nothing to acidity which hurts your throat like pineapple och I have always found with me and my girls the sore throats go away when drinking lots of water and if not time to go to the doctor maybe an infection. My daughter has just had one butter menthols helped she had an ear infection even though her ear wasn't sore and her throat was.

I hope both your sore throats clear up soon!!!!!!!!
