It sure sounds as if he has a uti which can be very frustrating a couple years back I ran into troubles which can be pretreated as well as if it has not gone full blown one real good thing i would do right now if push crranberry juice it has some kind of acid in it something to kill all the bacteria naturally even with a uti it can start to fight it and allow some relief even after it is treated drinking some periodically is always recomended i know it sounds crazy but it does work I live by it any sign of anything and out I go to get me a bottle can be blended with other flavor such as cran apple but has to have the cranberry base good luck
